Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and manufacturing records.
• Attend trainings and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in training new employees and report findings to management.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donations.
• Report unsafe conditions to area lead or manager.
