Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations in Memphis, ensuring donor flow and regulatory compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards. The role includes supervising production staff and maintaining thorough records.

You will train, mentor and coordinate with the Center Manager to maintain a clean facility, accurate reporting, and strong donor satisfaction while meeting company objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; certified as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP SOPs and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records to meet production standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings; document records accurately.
• Support Center Manager/Assistant Manager to keep facilities clean and equipment functional.
• Submit timely reports; assist in donor funds control; train new staff.
• Maintain communication with other service areas to ensure quality and donor satisfaction.
