Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Missouri plasma center. You will supervise donor flow, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and oversee production tasks to maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures; maintain accurate records.
• Attend required training and staff meetings; train and retrain employees as needed.
