Job summary

CSL Plasma in New Jersey is seeking a Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma collection operations, ensuring efficient processes and safety. You will guide the team, communicate expectations, and maintain high standards of donor service.

You will also participate in recruitment and training, monitor attendance and overtime, and ensure strict compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements at the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient plasma collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management on employee relations and donor issues.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait and processing time.
• Monitor time card reporting, attendance and overtime utilization.
• Conduct error investigations and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with recruitment, performance appraisals and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and all applicable regulations.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
