• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient plasma collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management of employee relations and donor issues.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait and processing time with Group Leaders.
• Monitor time card reporting, attendance and overtime usage.
• Conduct error investigations and propose process improvements.
• Participate in recruitment and performance appraisals of center staff.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support recruitment and marketing initiatives to improve donor retention.
