Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management of employee relations and donor issues.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait and processing time.
• Monitor time card reporting, attendance and overtime utilization.
• Ensure SOPs and applicable regulations compliance.
• Assist with recruitment, performance appraisals and feedback.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
