CSL Vifor in Parkersburg, WV seeks a center supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and compliance with SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and may perform tasks in work areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating donor flow, managing staffing, training files, performance coaching, safety compliance, and maintaining accurate donor data in the electronic donor information system. Bilingual skills may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overtime and extended hours to support center operations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise center operations daily activities in SOP compliance and provide clear instructions.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and ensure efficient processing.
• Monitor staffing, attendance, overtime, and time card reporting procedures.
• Conduct performance appraisals and document coaching as needed; maintain training files.
• Assist in recruitment and selection of center operation staff and ensure safety protocols.
