Job summary

CSL in Houston seeks an experienced supervisor to manage day-to-day plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and adherence to SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and coordinate with group leaders to optimize donor flow and center performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and strong leadership and safety awareness. Overtime may be required as essential to operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise daily plasma center operations.
• Strong communication and performance management skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily center operations per SOPs and communicate performance expectations.
• Coordinate donor movement to minimize wait times and optimize processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage attendance, overtime and time cards.
• Conduct investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in staff training records, coaching actions, and certifications.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of center staff.
• Promote policy compliance and safety protocols.
• Support donor retention initiatives and accurate donor data entry.
• Cross-train in technical areas to meet business needs.
