Job summary

CSL is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and adherence to SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and work to minimize donor wait times while maintaining safety and accuracy in data recording.

Responsibilities include performance coaching, training document maintenance, and potential recruitment support. Candidates should have at least 1 year in supervision and a HS diploma, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.
• High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff; provide clear instructions and directions.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait time and processing; monitor staffing and attendance.
• Conduct performance appraisals and document coaching actions; maintain training files and certifications.
