Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience overseeing others.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management on employee relations and donor issues escalations.
• Facilitate donor movement throughout the center with Group Leaders to minimize wait and processing time.
• Monitor time card reporting, attendance and overtime utilization.
• Conduct error investigations and develop improvement recommendations.
• Participate with management in recruitment, selection and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and federal, state and local regulations.
• May assist with recruitment and marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
