Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and adherence to SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and help maintain a safe, productive work environment.

You will work with management to coach and develop employees, monitor attendance and overtime, participate in performance reviews, and maintain accurate donor data in the information system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience overseeing others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff.
• Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and time-card procedures; participate in performance appraisals.
• Assist in recruitment, training files, and certification status management.
• Ensure SOP, HSE and OSHA compliance; maintain donor data in the information system.
• Support cross-training across center operations and improve processes where needed.
