Job summary

CSL is seeking a Plasma Center Supervisor in New York to oversee day-to-day operations and staff, ensuring efficient plasma collections and adherence to SOPs.

You will report to the Center Manager, coordinate donor flow, manage scheduling, and drive performance through training, coaching, and safety compliance.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor preferred), and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities in compliance with SOPs and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement with Group Leaders to minimize wait time.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance, overtime, and time cards.
• Conduct error investigations and develop process-improvement recommendations.
• Assist with performance appraisals, coaching actions, and training record maintenance.
• Assist in recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
• Adhere to company policies and promote safety and compliance with procedures.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Understand policies for hyper immune programs if applicable.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure supplies; promote HSE/OSHA compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel, donor, and center information.
• Cross-train in all technical areas and other functions.
• Bilingual skills may be required.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
