Job summary

The CSL plasma center in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff in a fast-paced environment. You will enforce SOPs, manage performance, monitor attendance, and ensure accurate donor data in our electronic system, while promoting safety and compliance with HSE/OSHA policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities per SOPs and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and improve processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance and overtime usage.
• Conduct error investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in performance appraisals, coaching, training files, and certifications.
• May assist with recruitment and selection of center staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Promote compliance with HSE/OSHA policies and maintain a safe work environment.
