Grifols is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day donor center operations, ensuring donor safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production goals.

The role provides direct leadership to frontline staff across donor floor operations and acts on behalf of the Center Manager in their absence, including managing centers with substantial donor flow and staff. Strong regulatory knowledge and people leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in donor center or healthcare/regulatory environment preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP a plus.

• Oversees donor center operations in the Center Manager's absence.
• Collaborates with Training and Quality staff to meet training and quality goals.
• Coaches and leads through effective feedback to employees and supervisors.
• Monitors and evaluates center operations and performance.
• Develops and implements action plans with the Center Manager to maximize efficiency and achieve production targets.
• Directs personnel functions including hiring, training, and performance management.
