Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified in Phlebotomy, Donor Processing, Plasma Processing, and as a Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records to meet production standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings; document records thoroughly.
• Assist in training of new employees and retraining of current staff.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction and long-term donation.
