Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead plasma center donor floor operations, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. This senior role supports the Center Manager in achieving performance targets, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement on a daily basis.

The position requires a strong background in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma operations, with leadership experience and extensive knowledge of SOPs, FDA/CLIA regulations, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor center operations and supervise staff during assigned shifts.
• Develop shift schedules and coordinate donor flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and submit orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and SOPs.
• Provide timely reports and support center manager in performance goals.
• Promote safety, quality and donor satisfaction across the center.
