Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Manager to join its donor center leadership team in Casa Grande, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive production goals while mentoring frontline staff.

The role requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related, supervisory experience in a medical or cGMP environment; plasma experience is preferred. Strong leadership and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred; plasma or whole blood experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations when the Center Manager is not present.
• Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to meet training and quality goals.
• Coach and lead staff through feedback to Operations Supervisors.
• Monitor operations and develop action plans to maximize efficiency and implement improvements.
• Handle personnel functions including hiring, assignments, training, and records.
• Assist with budget preparation and help achieve production targets and cost controls.
