Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in clinical or general business experience.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donor center operations in absence of Center Manager.
• Lead and coach staff via Operations Supervisors.
• Develop action plans to maximize efficiency and implement improvements.
• Handle personnel functions including hiring, assignment and direction of work, development and training.
• Manage budget with Center Manager to achieve production targets and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP standards and company SOPs.
• Coordinate donor recruitment campaigns to maintain production levels.
• Maintain center facilities and equipment.
