BioLife Plasma Services is hiring a Medical Support Specialist to determine donor eligibility, manage adverse events, review test results, and notify donors of unsuitable outcomes. The role reports to the Center Manager and collaborates with the Center Physician on medical issues.

Responsibilities include following SOPs for emergencies, supporting vaccination programs, and coordinating with Medical Affairs.

Qualificações

• EMT certification required in state of practice.
• CPR and AED certification current.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Licensure as RN/LPN or related nursing credential preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and eligibility review.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer complex findings to Center Physician or Medical Affairs.
• Support vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance.
• Potential Pandemic Coordinator role when authorized.
