Job summary

CSL is seeking a part-time donor center associate in Port Saint Lucie, FL to greet donors and guide them through the screening and registration process for plasma pheresis. You will perform health screening steps, collect basic data, and answer donor questions while adhering to SOPs, safety policies, and confidentiality.

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are required for success. This role may involve standing for long periods, lifting/light duties, and occasional overtime

Qualifications

• Three months minimum experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors through screening procedures per SOPs and perform health screening steps (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Perform finger stick for hematocrit and total protein levels as required.
• Answer donor questions and provide information about screening, appointment system, policies, and nutrition.
• Register applicant and transfer donors as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adequate supplies; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
