Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure/certification in EMT or nursing (EMT-B/A/I/P, LPN/LVN, RN).
• State-required nursing program or equivalent education completed.
• Current CPR and AED certification is required.
• FDA training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist completed.

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent and donor history.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of any unsuitable results.
• Provide center-level support for environmental, health and safety (EHS) and vaccination programs.
• Refer findings to Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed and coordinate donor safety.
