Job summary

Ardent Mills seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability teams at a Martins Creek, PA facility. You will set the vision and strategies, oversee repairs, manage budgets, and coordinate with operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant performance.

You will drive reliability improvements, supervise maintenance staff and contractors, and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs while aligning with Ardent Mills’ safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive maintenance experience including supervision
• Subject matter expertise in maintenance processes and systems
• Experience managing capital projects
• Experience developing and executing budgets
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance technologies
• Experience with CMMS and PLCs
• Knowledge of food safety requirements and HACCP principles (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, and goals for the maintenance department
• Manage contractors and technical service technicians
• Oversee repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery and equipment
• Eliminate causes of equipment failure and maximize reliability
• Manage maintenance budget and long-term capital projects
• Maintain planned maintenance schedule and coordinate with other departments
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and sanitation standards
• Oversee MRO inventory accuracy and reporting
