Job summary

Bay State Milling is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Tolleson, AZ to lead the plant maintenance team, drive preventative maintenance, and manage the CMMS and asset care programs. The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in all maintenance operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering is required.
CMMS/Asset Care experience is essential with leadership exposure.
PLC systems knowledge including programming and troubleshooting is required.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the plant maintenance department and budget.
Oversee maintenance planning, CMMS, asset care programs, and spare parts.
Lead safety, audits, and capital projects related to facility improvements.
Collaborate with operations to maximize reliability and uptime.
Mentor teams across maintenance, electricians, and technicians.
