You will develop maintenance strategies, mentor technicians, and ensure planning and execution of maintenance work to maximize asset uptime and cost efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading hourly maintenance associates or technicians.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate across all levels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage maintenance and reliability activities across the site to ensure safe, reliable operation of knitting and laid scrim production equipment.
• Own and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production assets.
• Lead troubleshooting during equipment failures and coordinate resources during outages.
• Conduct root cause analysis for chronic equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop reliability improvement strategies to increase uptime and reduce maintenance-related losses.
• Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance work.
