The Maintenance, Repair & Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and executing Ardent Mills’ MRO strategy to drive lower costs, improved equipment uptime, and consistent data integrity across all sites. This role develops best-in-class MRO programs, supports the creation and management of asset and category BOMs, and ensures standardization of parts, processes, and critical spares. The MRO Manager provides technical support to plant teams, partners with procurement and finance to manage spend and data accuracy and leads change management efforts that strengthen MRO practices and reliability performance. This position requires the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work across departments, apply new technologies, and consistently operate with integrity, safety, and operational discipline, Maintenance and Reliability Manager
As the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will lead the maintenance and reliability team to enable the plant's successful delivery of products. You will make recommendations to simplify and streamline day-to-day work processes while solving complex problems and approaching challenges with a fresh perspective. Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 9-12 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years of supervisory experience. Subject matter expertise in maintenance processes, maintenance activities, and maintenance management systems. Demonstrated experience managing capital projects. Demonstrated experience developing and executing budgets. Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance technologies. Understanding of the operating context of site assets and process systems. Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance safety practices. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Demonstrated electrical troubleshooting experience. Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Experience managing capital expenditures and projects.
Knowledge of food safety requirements and HACCP principles.

We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $102,600.00 - $136,896.10, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 15% Annual.
