Job summary
Our client, a growing manufacturing organization in the United States, is seeking a Reliability Manager to lead plant reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume production environment. You will drive uptime, optimize preventive maintenance, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 8+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or engineering.
- Leadership experience supervising maintenance/engineering teams.
- Knowledge of PM/PdM, TPM, and reliability best practices.
- Experience with industrial mechanical, electrical, automation, PLC, instrumentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant reliability initiatives to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Implement and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Use reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop long-term solutions for recurring equipment and process issues.
- Provide leadership and development for maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate capital projects from concept to implementation while minimizing disruption.
- Monitor KPIs for reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operations.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Drive TPM, reliability-centered maintenance, and lean improvement initiatives.
- Partner with operations, quality, engineering, and leadership to improve plant performance.
