Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience leading maintenance and reliability teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing capital projects and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and goals for the maintenance department.
• Oversee repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment.
