Job summary

HRT Solutions Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to own and evolve plant recruiting across North America. You will oversee high-volume hiring across U.S., Canada, and Mexico, guiding a major RPO partnership and collaborating with HR and Operations to ensure plants have the talent they need to run smoothly.

This role aims to build a centralized, recruiter-led model, improving attraction, assessment, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading multi-site manufacturing recruiting operations.
Significant experience with high-volume hourly recruiting.
Experience managing an RPO, MSP, or other outsourced recruiting partnership.
Strong knowledge of recruiting operations, workforce planning, analytics.
Experience leading large teams through direct, indirect, and matrix relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of plant-based recruiting across manufacturing operations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Build and continuously improve a scalable recruiting model supporting high-volume hourly production and plant-based salaried hiring.
Partner with HR, Operations, and TA leaders to anticipate workforce needs and proactively develop hiring capacity.
Establish consistent recruiting standards, service expectations, and processes across multiple locations.
Own the strategic relationship with a large Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner.
