Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (remote) to support our Industrial client. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the RPO solution, oversee the recruitment process, and partner with client leadership to deliver high-quality hires at scale.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of leadership in TA, strong full life cycle recruiting experience, and a track record of aligning recruiting strategy with business goals. This role offers a remote, national scope within the US.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices preferred.
• Experience with Technical or Engineering roles.
• Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards.
• Familiarity with SLA’s/SOW as it relates to our business.
• Understands revenue and pricing models and P&L’s.
• Business development/sales background or orientation.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills in a high-volume service environment.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans using the Project Toolkit and revise as needed.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities; define team metrics.
• Maintain awareness of sourcing strategies and develop approaches for the client.
• Apply staffing methodology; review deliverables; mitigate risks.
• Participate in project reviews with client and senior management.
• Facilitate regular status meetings; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation is complete and updated; deliver client reporting.
• Manage a small requisition load to support client needs.
