Job summary

Ralliant Corporation seeks a Head of Global Talent Acquisition to lead the global recruiting strategy, operating model, and team driving hiring across regions. You will strengthen standards, build a scalable, data-driven TA function supporting engineering, manufacturing, professional, and leadership roles.

You will lead a ~20-person TA team with four direct reports, shaping processes, sourcing, and candidate experience while partnering with executives to deliver top talent globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a global talent acquisition team.
• Experience in executive recruitment and senior-search management.
• Ability to build data-driven, scalable TA function.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and external search-firms.
• Experience in a matrixed, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global TA team of ~20 with four direct reports.
• Shape operating model, processes, and standards for global execution.
• Own and advance TA strategy with scalable channels and AI-enabled tooling.
• Partner with Talent Planning and Communications on workforce planning and employer branding.
• Manage executive searches end-to-end and coordinate with external partners.
