Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting delivery, UKG Pro onboarding, and compliance across a geographically dispersed business. This role reports to the Senior Director of Talent and Workforce Strategy and will drive team performance and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years of people management, strong I-9/E-Verify expertise, and proven ability to coach and partner with Operations, HR,

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive talent acquisition and related HR experience.
• At least three years of direct people management with coaching and accountability.
• Experience recruiting for multi-site, high-volume hourly and salaried roles.
• Strong knowledge of Form I-9 and E-Verify including audits.
• Experience administering onboarding workflows in UKG Pro.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities, workload plans, coverage, and resolve routine escalations.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations and roles across high-volume environments.
• Guide sourcing strategies for difficult markets, specialized roles, bilingual talent, and time-sensitive openings.
• Manage onboarding in UKG Pro from offer to start date, including screenings and documentation.
• Partner with Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Sales, and leaders to support workforce needs and events.
• Improve recruiting and onboarding procedures and strengthen system use and reporting accuracy.
• Manage select critical or confidential searches and provide hands-on support when needed.
