The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to own and evolve its plant recruiting strategy across North America.
This is a highly visible role for someone who knows how to build and lead recruiting operations at scale. You’ll oversee high-volume hiring across a network of manufacturing locations, lead a significant RPO partnership, and work closely with HR and Operations leaders to ensure plants have the talent they need to keep their businesses moving.
The opportunity goes beyond simply filling roles. This leader will help shape a more centralized, scalable, recruiter-led hiring model, improving how the organization attracts, assesses, hires, and prepares talent for success.

Oversee the full plant recruiting lifecycle, including workforce planning support, recruitment marketing, candidate attraction, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, pre-employment activities, and pre-boarding.
A major focus will be creating a simple, accessible candidate experience that makes it easier for plant talent to move from application through Day One.
