Talent Recruitment & Team Leadership: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and mentor the field recruitment team to maximize their potential. Innovate recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency from candidate attraction to final onboarding.
Strategic Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner closely with Talent Operations to refine recruitment tools, workflows, and Applicant Tracking System processes. Monitor and update key recruitment metrics to continuously optimize hiring practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Work directly with department and field operations managers to forecast ongoing hiring needs. Provide hands‑on support and training to hiring managers regarding recruitment best practices and structured interviewing.
Brand & Network Development: Amplify company's market presence by empowering your team to leverage strategic industry partnerships. Develop targeted talent attraction initiatives to engage top‑tier candidates and boost employer brand visibility.
