Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor in Daniels, CO to oversee two portable plants, manage daily production, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You’ll work with the Plant Manager and hourly staff to meet schedules, monitor equipment, and maintain strong safety practices. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience, 3–5 years in supervision, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of direct experience in production supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Oversee, coordinate and monitor daily plant activities and production schedules.
• Investigate abnormal events and equipment failures; implement repairs or modifications.
• Conduct daily plant inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and effective communications with supervisors and customers.
• Lead staff meetings and safety toolbox talks; support Capex submissions as needed.
• Ensure inventory control and data accuracy in SAP; align with company financial goals.
