Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Production Supervisor at our Portland Cement Plant in Colorado to lead safety, quality and production initiatives. You will supervise production and lab staff, monitor control systems, and ensure compliance with ISO standards while working within budget and safety guidelines.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, proficiency with SAP, and strong problem solving and analytical skills. Onsite shift work and a capability to reduce operating costs are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing operation
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of processing methods and appropriate planning techniques

Responsibilities

• Report to the Production Manager and support the plant safety program
• Supervise process and hourly employees and coordinate with lab technicians
• Ensure quality and environmental ISO standards are met
• Review laboratory results to ensure consistent product quality
• Operate SAP for work orders, time entry and materials information
