Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities across two portable plants in Daniels, CO.

You will coordinate with the Plant Manager and hourly staff to ensure timely schedules and safe operations, while supporting Capex project submissions and SAP inventory management. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production leadership, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in production supervision or related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities across two portable plants.
• Ensure on-time production schedules and uninterrupted supply to customers.
• Investigate outages or equipment failures; implement repairs/modifications.
• Conduct daily plant inspections and enforce safety policies.
• Document operations in logs and incident reports; maintain logs.
