Job summary

Amrize is seeking a capable supervisor to support and maintain the plant safety program while overseeing daily manufacturing operations at our Oklahoma site. You will engage with employees, ensure safety compliance and drive production efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ISO standards and SAP is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in aggregate manufacturing.
• Field of Study: Manufacturing Industry related.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing operation.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation of processes via control system readings and visual checks.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and coordinate with lab techs.
• Ensure that quality and environmental ISO standards are met.
• Review laboratory test results to ensure consistent product quality.
• Take corrective action and report production issues.
• Inspect equipment to maintain production requirements.
• Use SAP to issue work orders and manage time entries.
• Help keep costs in line with the plant budget.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Rotate shifts as required.
• Promote safety culture and adhere to PPE policies.
