Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering by Jan 2027 (chemical or mechanical preferred).
• Experience in a chemical production facility is a plus.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with operations to apply problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Leverage MET and process automation to optimize plant performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Diagnose root causes of asset utilization losses.
• Maintain daily KPI trends and alarm history for plant operation insights.
• Oversee on-call rotation and respond to plant issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with operating permits and site integration.
