Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Operator to control production and load out materials from the batch plant, ensuring timely deliveries alongside dispatch operations.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate batching, and coordination with drivers. The candidate should have a High School diploma and 1–2 years of related experience; CDL and ACI certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
• Ability and willingness to pass ACI Level One certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and conduct safety meetings; ensure facilities operate safely.
• Accurately batch concrete load according to specifications and read dispatch orders.
• Batching operations performed safely and in compliance with regulations (OSHA, MSHA, DEP).
• Prints invoice tickets and handles delivery paperwork as needed.
• Maintain plant equipment and perform basic repairs; keep area clean.
