Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH Company, seeks a Plant Operator in Summersville, WV. You will safely control production and load-out of batch plant materials and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include strict safety adherence, accurate batching per specs, equipment maintenance, and daily reporting. CDL preferred and prior batching or plant experience is a plus; join our team for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete and read dispatch orders.
• Ensure safety rules are followed.
• Maintain plant inventory and daily reporting.
• Assist dispatch in scheduling drivers.
