Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH company, seeks a Plant Operator to control production and loadout in the batch plant, ensuring timely delivery to customers in the region. You will work with dispatch to schedule deliveries and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires awareness of OSHA and environmental rules, proficiency with batching software, and willingness to travel to other plants as needed. CDL and ACI certification are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years related experience preferred.
• CDL license preferred and ACI Level One certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete according to specifications and ensure quality.
• Read dispatch orders and plan production accordingly.
• Operate batching equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain plant inventory and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist dispatch with driver scheduling and deliveries.
