Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH Company, seeks a Plant Operator to safely control production and load out of materials from the batch plant, and to schedule timely deliveries in coordination with dispatch.

The role requires concise batching, compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and readiness to work nights, weekends, and travel to other plants as needed. CDL and experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred; ACI Level One certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and conduct safety meetings; ensure facilities operate safely.
• Accurately batch concrete load according to specifications; read dispatch orders.
• Print invoice tickets and file; provide copies to drivers when needed.
• Manage plant inventory and perform daily clerical functions including deposits.
