Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH Company, seeks a Plant Operator to safely control batch production and material load-out, while coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries. You will batch materials, read orders, and uphold environmental and safety regulations on site.

The role requires attention to quality, basic clerical duties, and readiness to travel between plants. CDL and ACI certs are preferred, with opportunities for growth within CRH’s national network.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• CDL preferred.
• ACI Level One certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox talks.
• Batch concrete load per specifications and read dispatch orders.
• Operate batching safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Print invoices and assist with customer payments.
• Maintain plant equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Develop proficiency in batching, dispatching, and quality control software.
• Manage plant inventory and generate reports.
