Job summary

Central Supply is seeking a Plant Operator to safely control batch plant production and material load-out, coordinating with dispatch to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities include batching per specs, maintaining equipment, and handling related clerical tasks. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and a high school diploma; CDL and ACI-1 are preferred. Occasional travel and night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School degree required with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
• ACI Level One certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely control production and load out of materials in the batch plant.
• Schedule and ensure timely delivery of supplies to the plant.
• Batch concrete to specifications and read dispatch orders.
• Maintain plant equipment, perform routine repairs and cleaning.
• Print invoices and assist with customer payments as needed.
• Manage plant inventory and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
