Job summary

United Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Operator to control production and load out of materials in the Ready Mix batch plant and to schedule timely delivery in coordination with dispatch.

The role offers a wage range of $32 to $40 per hour dependent on experience, with opportunities to work in a dynamic, safety-focused environment and to develop skills across batching, dispatching, and QC processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years batching-related experience preferred.
• CDL A or B preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete load according to specifications and read dispatch orders.
• Batch safely and efficiently while complying with all regulations.
• Print invoice tickets and assist with payment collection upon delivery.
• Maintain plant equipment and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Learn and use batching, dispatching and quality control software.
