Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Operator to safely control production in the batch plant and oversee material loadouts while coordinating with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate will batch concrete per specifications, follow safety rules, and operate batching software. A high school diploma and 1–2 years' related experience are preferred, with CDL and certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
• Ability to pass safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Safely control batch plant production and loadout.
• Read dispatch orders and batch according to specs.
• Maintain plant equipment and perform basic repairs.
• Coordinate with dispatch and drivers for timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/MSHA/DEP and safety procedures.
