Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Ogden plant is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to manage safety, quality, customer service, cost and asset management while driving human resources development.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma. Leadership will focus on building a world-class organization with accountable teams and strong process controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10+ years' leadership level experience leading large scale change and teams.
• Ability to organize and plan, delegate, lead and motivate people.
• Broad knowledge in business management and manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma is desirable.
