Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to guide design, development, and optimization of our asset portfolio. You'll lead safety-conscious, high‑speed manufacturing improvements and drive plant performance.

You will manage projects, apply LEAN, Six Sigma, DOE and SPC methods, mentor others, and work with maintenance on reliability initiatives. Hybrid flexibility may be available based on site needs.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ industrial experience in high-speed consumer product manufacturing or similar.
  • Experience with manufacturing analysis tools such as SPC, DOE, process capability studies, Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver equipment and processes that meet safety requirements.
  • Lead medium-to-large initiatives to improve asset performance and mill systems.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities and manage asset budgets.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex process issues.
  • Support maintenance and reliability activities for assigned assets.
  • Partner with maintenance on reliability projects and plan trials.
