Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with willingness to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime. Training and strong benefits support career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and good math abilities.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment assessments and drug/background checks.
• Safety-minded with experience in hazard recognition.
• Ability to operate plant computer systems (SAP, MES) and MS Office a plus.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or related experience.
• Electrical/Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Adjust machines to achieve high quality material standards.
• Participate in self-directed work teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
• Support adherence to standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify machine faults and variations in runtime stability.
