Kimberly-Clark Corporation's Ogden, UT facility is seeking an Operating Partner focused on safety and high performance to join a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You will operate heavy equipment, complete daily performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality tests are done on time while supporting team decisions. Ideal candidates have 1 year of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and a readiness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; basic computer skills.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening; PAT may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or comparable work experience.
• Electrical/Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and identify unsafe acts or conditions.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
• Participate in a self-directed team with meaningful feedback and engagement.
• Identify machine faults and support corrective actions to maintain quality.
